This fresh, cool blend can be used for healing and overall health using aromatherapy and the regenerative energy of these botanicals. The oil can be rubbed on candles and other items during health rituals and meditation, or dabbed on pulse points to bring the same effect. Rub a small amount of oil on the palms or inside of the wrists, and inhale to help nasal congestion, and internalize the energy of the blend. Keep oil away from the eyes! If you do get oil in your eye, do NOT flush with water, instead use cooking oil, vegetable oil or the like on tissue or a cotton pad to dilute and gentle wipe away oil.
